So true! I have never thought about why men don’t have book clubs. I recently started a new book club in the Philadelphia area because I missed the last one I was in when I lived in Virginia. Book club is always such a positive part of my life. But my husband has definitely not ever been in one, nor have any of my male friends. Perhaps it’s because often in book club we talk about our feelings and that’s something men don’t seem to be ready to do. It is strange though- men certainly enjoy reading so why no book club? Puzzling.
